摘要 为了研究结构形式对特高压直流换流站接头端子性能的影响,对不同结构形式接头端子搭接部位的电阻及温升分别进行了试验研究和有限元计算。试验结果表明:在紧固力矩相同的条件下,双板搭接接头端子搭接部位的电阻低于单板搭接接头端子同一部位的电阻;随着紧固力矩的降低,双板搭接接头端子搭接部位电阻增大的幅度小于单板搭接接头端子同一部位电阻增大的幅度。计算结果表明:在加载相同电流强度的条件下,双板搭接接头端子搭接部位温度和温升速率均低于单板搭接接头端子同一部位温度和温升速率,增大紧固力矩可使接头端子搭接部位的温升速率降低;随着截面厚度的减少,双板搭接接头端子搭接部位温升非线性增大的幅度小于单板搭接接头端子同一部位温升非线性增大的幅度。随着电流强度的增大,双板搭接接头端子搭接部位温升线性增大的幅度低于单板搭接接头端子同一部位温升线性增大的幅度。 To study the effect of structural form on the performance of the terminal connectors of UHV DC converter station, experiments and finite element calculation are carried out on the electric resistance and temperature rise of terminal connectors with different structural forms. The experimental results show that the resistance of the overlapping parts of the double-plate lap terminal connectors is lower than that of the same part of single-plate lap with the same tightening torque. With the decrease of the fastening torque, the increase of resistance of the double-plate lap terminal connectors is less than that of the single lap. The calculation results show that the temperature and the temperature rise rate of the overlapping part of the double-plate lap terminal connectors,under the same current intensity,are lower than that of the single lap, and the temperature rise rate of the terminal connectors can be reduced by increasing the fastening torque. With the decrease of section thickness, the non-linear increase of temperature rise of overlapping parts of the double-plate lap terminal connectors is less than that of the single lap. As the current intensity increases, the linear increase of temperature rise of overlapping parts of the double-plate lap terminal connectors is less than that of the single lap.
