摘要
为降低现有固态故障电流限制器的成本和技术难度,提出了一种新型固态故障电流限制器拓扑结构,主要由晶闸管和限流电抗组成。在系统正常运行时,限流电抗通过晶闸管续流,仅在线路电流峰值附近有短暂的充磁过程,对系统影响很小;在故障发生后,限流电抗可在控制保护系统发出限流指令之前自动接入系统并限制短路电流峰值,且通过闭锁晶闸管触发信号的方式,实现对短路电流稳态值的限制。该方案无需全控型电力电子器件,结构简单,可靠性高。实际系统仿真验证了该方案的有效性,与桥式固态FCL对比分析证明其具有成本上的优势。
In order to reduce the cost and technical difficulty of the existing solid state fault current limiter,we propose the topology of a kind of novel solid state fault current limiter,which is composed of thyristors and current limiting reactors.In normal operation of the power system,the currents of reactors flow thought thyristors,and the magnetization processes near the peak value of the line current are very short,which have a negligible influence on the power system.When short circuit fault occurs,the current limiting reactors can automatically limit the peak of the short circuit current before the control and protect system sending out current limiting command.Through removing the thyristors’trigger signals,the value of short circuit current in a steady state can be limited.Full control devices are not needed,thus the scheme has simple structure and high reliability.The effectiveness of the topology is validated by actual system simulation,and the merits in cost are proved by comparison with the bridge type solid state fault current limiter.
