晚期胆系肿瘤患者预后因素分析

The prognostic factors of advanced biliary cancers

目的探讨影响晚期胆系肿瘤的预后因素。方法回顾性收集2015年12月至2019年12月收治住院的晚期胆系肿瘤患者,收集经组织和病理学或影像学确诊过的临床资料,将数据输入SPSS 22.0软件进行分析,生存的分析我们采用Kaplan-Meier(log-rank法),采用cox比例风险回归模型将含有统计学意义的单因素影响因子纳入进行多因素分析。结果本研究初步表明,影响晚期胆系肿瘤患者PFS的因素有:一线化疗方案是否含有吉西他滨,CA199水平,影响患者OS的因素有:一线化疗方案是否含有吉西他滨,CA199水平,NLR和RDW水平。结论化疗方案中不含吉西他滨、CA199、NLR及RDW高,可能是影响晚期胆系肿瘤患者的预后因素。

Objective To explore the prognostic factors of advanced biliary cancers.Methods We recruited patients from our hospital,between December 2015 and December 2019,who had advanced biliary tract cancers.Clinical and pathological data were collected and analyzed,using SPSS 22.0 software.Kaplan-Meier drawing method of progression free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)survival curve was adopt.COX regression model was applied for multivariate survival analysis.Results Risk factors for PFS:Gemcitabine,CA199.Risk factors for OS:Gemcitabine,NLR,RDW.Conclusion gemcitabine not included in the first-line chemotherapy regimen,CA199,NLR and RDW which may be the prognostic factors for patients with advanced biliary cancers.
