摘要
组织承诺和组织发展关系密切,共青团干部组织承诺越强,其留存在这个组织中的意愿就越强,其对于组织的忠诚度也就越高。运用实证研究的方法,对医药类高校团干部组织承诺态度、行为以及影响组织承诺进行人口学因素的调查和分析,以了解医药类高校共青团干部组织承诺诸因素的关联度。
Organizational commitment is closely related to organizational development.The stronger organizational commitment of the Communist Youth League cadres leads to their stronger will to remain in the organization and higher loyalty to the organization.Using the method of empirical research,this paper makes a demographic survey and analysis on the attitude,behavior and influence of organizational commitment of League Cadres in medical colleges and universities to find out the relevance of various factors of the organization commitment of the Communist Youth League Cadres.
