广州志愿服务组织运营模式探究

Research on the Operation Model of Guangzhou Volunteer Service Organization

组织运营模式即组织的运作、运行、经营模式,是一个组织经营发展的相对恒常的、固定的方式、体系或者套路。根据调研,经过多年的发展,广州志愿服务形成了具有本地城市特色的志愿服务运营模式。在资金来源和动力来源两个不同的维度下,形成了政府支持、外部捐助等9大模式,这些模式各自具有典型的特征。广州各类志愿服务组织根据自身的发展目标和发展需要,遵循一定的运行模式进行组织经营,不但实现了机构的发展,还培育了若干品牌项目,彰显了广州志愿服务的多样性。各个运营模式各有优点,同时又存在一定的局限。只有深入分析9类模式存在的问题,找到问题产生的原因,才能制定相应的对策,促进志愿服务事业的有序发展。

Organization′s operating model is also called the organization′s management model.It is a relatively constant and fixed way,system or routine of an organization′s operation and development.According to the survey,after years of development,Guangzhou volunteer service has formed a voluntary service operating model with local city characteristics,which,under the two different dimensions of fund and motive force,is reflected by the nine models with the government support and external donation.These patterns have their own typical characteristics.With their own development goals and needs,the voluntary service organizations in Guangzhou follow some certain operation models.They not only achieve great development but also generate a number of brand projects,which highlight the diversity of volunteer service in Guangzhou.Each operation model has its own advantages and limitations.Only by deeply analyzing the problems existing in the 9 models and their causes,can we formulate corresponding measures to promote the orderly development of voluntary service.
