青年教职工社会主义核心价值观认同和践行研究——以北京大学青年教职工的调查为例

摘要 高校青年教职工对社会主义核心价值观的认同与践行,在很大程度上会对青年学生的成长成才产生不可估量的影响。通过对北京大学部分青年教职工进行问卷调查和访谈发现,在社会主义核心价值观的认同方面,青年教职工理性认知和情感认同度较高,而行为倾向有待加强;在践行方面,青年教职工践行度较高,但榜样作用和传导作用有待提高。与此同时,影响青年教职工对社会主义核心价值观的认同因素呈现出多样化特征。 The recognition and practice of socialist core value by young faculty in colleges and universities will inevitably have an inestimable impact on the growth of young students.Through questionnaires and interviews with some young faculty members in Peking University,it is found that in terms of the recognition of the socialist core value,young faculty members have a higher degree of rational and emotional recognition,while their behavioral orientation needs to be strengthened.In practice,young faculty members have a higher degree of practice,but their role of model and conduction needs to be improved.It is also found that the factors that affect the young faculty’s recognition of the socialist core values are diversified.
