Prefabricated Superstructure Design for Throat Area of a Metro Depot

随着装配式建筑的发展,近年来物流园区仓储库房结构已有装配式结构的实践应用,并取得了良好的综合效益。地铁车辆段上盖项目有着同物流仓储结构同样的条件,跨度大、层高高、荷载大,这为地铁车辆段上盖开发盖板框架采用装配式结构设计及施工提供了实践的可能性。但地铁车辆段咽喉区上盖物业盖板有着区别于传统仓储建筑的不利条件,如:不规则大跨度轴网标准化问题;梁柱、柱脚节点的可靠性连接问题;地铁车辆段上盖物业建筑的功能不同,需要将盖下的不规则轴网转换成适合物业需求的标准轴网,由此带来的转换问题。通过某地铁车辆段咽喉区上盖预制整浇装配式结构设计实践,分析了上盖装配式设计标准化的难点,验证了梁柱、柱脚节点连接的可靠性,提出了与预制预应力转换梁设计相关问题的解决方案,总结出了相关的设计要点。

With the development of prefabricated buildings,in recent years,the warehouse structure of logistics park has been applied in practice,and achieved good comprehensive benefits.The superstructure project of metro depot shares the same conditions with logistics storage structure,large span,high floor height and large load,which provides practicality for metro depot superstructure framework to adopt prefabrication design and construction.However,there are disadvantages different from conventional storage buildings when superstructure property covers over the throat area,such as:standardization of irregular large-span grid;reliability connection of beam column and column base joints;due to the different functions of the metro depot superstructure property buildings,it is necessary to convert the irregular grid under the cover plate into a standard grid suitable for the property needs,which brings about conversion problems.Based on the design practice of prefabricated cast-in-situ superstructure in the metro depot throat area,the difficulties in the standardization of prefabricated superstructure design are analyzed,the reliability of the connection between the beam column and the column foot joint is verified,the solutions to the problems related to the design of prefabricated prestressed transfer beams are proposed,and the relevant design points are summarized.
