地铁车站风道暗挖法施工对邻近既有建筑沉降影响与控制 被引量:2

摘要 九龙山站为北京地铁7号线和14号线换乘站,该站4号风道邻近唐人大厦,采用浅埋暗挖8导洞CRD(交叉中隔墙法)施工方法分部开挖。通过数值模拟计算预测地铁站风道施工对邻近既有建筑沉降的影响;对比分析了洞内注浆加固措施和洞外隔离桩加固措施对既有建筑沉降的影响,分析结果表明洞外隔离桩加固措施优于洞内注浆加固措施。同时提出了针对该类工程的控制措施。 Jiulongshan Station is the interchange station of Beijing Metro Line 7 and Line 14,and its No.4 ventilation tunnel is adjacent to Chinatown Building,and shallow-buried underground excavation 8 pilot-tunnel CRD(cross diaphragm)method is adopted for construction step-by-step.Through numerical simulation,the influence of metro station ventilation tunnel construction on adjacent existing building subsidence is calculated and predicted.The respective influence of grouting reinforcement inside tunnel measure and isolation pile reinforcement outside tunnel measure on existing building subsidence is compared and analyzed.The results show that the isolation pile reinforcement outside tunnel measure is better than the grouting reinforcement inside tunnel measure.Meanwhile,the control measures targeting this type of engineering is proposed.
