机场捷运系统火灾联动控制及疏散策略研究

摘要 以昆明机场捷运系统为案例,该系统为地下全封闭储能式有轨电车系统,用于机场空侧的旅客运输。该系统具有常规地铁系统的特点,但又有其特殊性,不能完全采用地铁系统的消防设计,尤其在火灾联动控制、疏散方面需进行全面整体的消防设计。分析了机场捷运系统消防设计依据及排烟设计方案,分析了不同火灾场景下的疏散策略。结合机场捷运系统不同空间下的消防影响分析、火灾联动控制需求等,以降低不同空间火灾影响范围为目的,提出了机场捷运系统消防设计的关键技术及方案。 Taking Kunming Airport Rapid Transit System as the study case,this system is an underground fully enclosed energy storage tram system,which is used for passenger transport on the empty side of the airport.This system shares characteristics with regular metro system,but also has its particularity,thus the fire control design of metro system shouldn′t be adopted in its entirety,especially when it comes to fire linkage control and evacuation,for which a compre-hensive and thorough fire protection design is needed.The fire control design reference and smoke exhaust design scheme of airport rapid transit system are analyzed,and evacuation strategies for different fire scenarios are analyzed.Combined with the fire impact analysis and fire linkage control requirements of airport rapid transit system in different locations,the key technologies and schemes of fire protection design of airport rapid transit system are proposed in order to reduce the fire impact range for these locations.
