天津市Z2线与津宁市域(郊)铁路共线运营方案分析

Analysis of Tianjin Z2 Line and Jinning Suburban Railway Joint Operation Scheme

轨道交通“四网融合”中,能否实现市域(郊)铁路与城市轨道交通两种制式的互联互通、共线运营一直是各地区规划、建设的难题。以天津市津宁市域(郊)铁路与Z2线共线运营为例,分析共线运营中存在的实际问题,归纳总结出了共线运营的基本条件和建设原则:两线主要技术标准应统一,行车组织方案不应超过共线段的系统设计能力,接轨站的配线形式应满足共线运营要求,共线段各设备系统根据需求分设或合设,建设运营费用分摊可结合开行列车对数或列数按比例分摊。

In the′four-network integration′of rail transit,it has always been a difficult issue to realize interoperability and co-line operation of city(suburban)railway and urban rail transit in the planning and construction of various regions.Taking Tianjin Jinning Suburban Railway and Z2 Line as an example,the practical problems existing in co-line operation are analyzed and the basic conditions and construction principles are summarized:the main technical standards of the two lines should be unified;the train operation organization scheme should not exceed the system design capacity of the co-line segment;the auxiliary line arrangement at junction station should meet the requirements of co-line operation;the equipment systems of the co-line segment should be set up separately or jointly according to the needs;the construction and operation costs could be shared in proportion to the number of train pairs or sets in operation.
