MRA正常成人颈内动脉C1-C7段的影像解剖学研究

摘要 目的为颈内动脉相关疾病的诊断和介入治疗提供正常成人颈内动脉的影像解剖学基础。方法随机抽取50名正常成人头颈部MRA扫描影像学资料,测量颈内动脉各段的管径,所得数据进行统计分析,并观察颈内动脉的走行。结果左、右侧颈内动脉各段的MRA测量值有差别;不同性别颈内动脉C1、C3、C4段的管径差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄组颈内动脉管径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。本组有1例颈内动脉C1段走行迂曲,血管迂曲呈"S"形,有1例两侧大脑前动脉均由左侧颈内动脉发出。结论MRA能清晰的显示颈内动脉的走行及其主要分支,并可较好评价颈内动脉的管径;加强颈内动脉影像解剖学特点以及与周围相关结构解剖学关系的研究,可为临床判断颈内动脉相关疾病和介入治疗提供丰富的影像解剖学信息。 Objective To provide an imaging anatomical basis for the internal carotid artery of normal adults for the diagnosis and interventional treatment of internal carotid artery related diseases.Methods The imaging data of 50 normal adult head and neck MRA scans were randomly selected to measure the diameter of each segment of the internal carotid artery.The data were statistically analyzed and the internal carotid artery was observed.Results There were differences in MRA measurements between the left and right internal carotid arteries;the differences in the diameters of the C1,C3,and C4 segments of the internal carotid arteries of different genders were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the diameter of internal carotid artery in different age groups(P>0.05).This study found that the C1 segment of the internal carotid artery was distorted in one case,and the blood vessel was twisted into an"S"shape.This study found that one patient′s both sides of the anterior cerebral artery originated from the left internal carotid artery.Conclusion MRA can clearly show the internal carotid artery and its main branches,and can better evaluate the diameter of the internal carotid artery.Familiar with the diameter of each segment of the internal carotid artery in normal adults,and strengthen the imaging features of the internal carotid artery and the related anatomical relationship with the surrounding structure,can provide rich image anatomy information for clinical judgment of internal carotid artery related diseases and interventional therapy.
