摘要 金属加工过程常会引起刀具振动,且振动的产生对于金属切削加工以及机床本身而言是一种有害的现象,会对正常的切削工艺过程造成破坏,一方面会缩短机床和刀具的使用寿命,另一方面使零件加工表面出现振纹,严重降低被加工工件的加工精度以及表面质量,并会产生剧烈的噪声,使操作人员的工作环境更加恶劣。在切削过程中产生的振动现象是一种常见的复杂现象,很多科研人员对振动产生的机理进行了大量的研究,但是始终没有给出其产生振动的明确原因。随着机械加工工艺逐渐朝着高、精、尖方向发展,如何防止和减小切削过程中振动对加工的影响,成为亟待解决的问题。 The metal processing process often causes tool vibration.The generation of vibration is a harmful phenomenon for metal cutting and the machine tool itself,which will damage the normal cutting process.On the one hand,it will shorten the service life of the machine tools and cutting tools.On the one hand,vibration lines appear on the machining surface of the part,which seriously reduces the machining accuracy and surface quality of the workpiece to be machined,and generates severe noise.It makes the working environment of the operator even worse.The vibration phenomenon generated during the cutting process is a common and complex phenomenon.Many scientific researchers have conducted a lot of research on the mechanism of vibration,but they have never given a clear reason for the vibration.With the gradual development of machining technology in the direction of high,precision and sharpness,how to prevent and reduce the impact of vibration on machining during the cutting process has become an urgent problem to be solved.
