摘要
文章应用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)方法并结合索氏提取技术,提出了测定纸质食品包材中6种邻苯二甲酸酯的分析方法。样品经正己烷提取,弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化,GC-MS选择离子监测模式(SIM)测定,内标法定量。研究结果表明,该方法对6种邻苯二甲酸酯类的检出限为5.2~11.7μg/kg,相对响应因子的RSD为2.98%~7.86%,加标回收率为87.6%~97.3%,精密度为1.52%~8.64%,提取效率高,精密度好,适用于痕量超痕量纸质食品包装材料的检测。
In this paper,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)combined with soxhlet extraction technology is used to determine six phthalate esters in paper food packaging materials.The samples are extracted by n-hexane,purified by florisil solid phase extraction column,and determined by GC-MS with SIM and quantified by internal standard method.The results show that the detection limits of six phthalates are 5.2~11.7μg/kg,the RSD of relative response factor is 2.98%~7.86%,the recoveries are 87.6%~97.3%,and the precision is 1.52%~8.64%.The method has high extraction efficiency and good precision.It is suitable for the determination of trace ultra trace paper packaging materials.
