The Teaching Reform of Clothing Specialty Based on Modern Apprentice System

就当前的服装行业教学实践来看,服装专业课程体系还存在很多问题,严重影响了学生实践能力的培养和全面发展,导致学生无法适应现代社会发展需求。在此背景下,改革服装专业教学课程体系成为目前最为重要的工作内容。在服装专业教学过程中,应认真遵循"以市场需求为导向,强调个性化培养"这一原则,应用现代学徒制理念进行校企合作、产教融合、协同育人,改革服装专业课程体系,提高服装专业教育教学质量,为社会培养更多优秀的服装专业综合性人才,以满足现代社会发展需要。

According to the current teaching practice of clothing industry,there are still many problems in the curriculum system of clothing specialty,which seriously affect the cultivation and all-round development of students’practical ability.As a result,students can not adapt to the needs of modern social development.Therefore,the reform of clothing teaching curriculum system has become the most important work content.In the teaching curriculum system of clothing specialty,it should conscientiously follow the principle of"taking market demand as the guide and emphasizing individualized training",and apply the concept of modern apprenticeship system to cooperate with school and enterprise,integrate production and education,and educate people in cooperation.In order to cultivate more excellent comprehensive talent of garment specialty to meet the needs of modern social development,it should reform the curriculum system of garment specialty and improve the education and teaching quality of garment specialty.
