纺织品甲醛残留量测定方法及其准确性研究

Discussion on the Technology and Accuracy of the Detection Method of Formaldehyde Residue in Textiles

文章结合《纺织品甲醛的测定第1部分:游离和水解的甲醛(水萃取法)》(GB/T 2912.1—2009)测定标准对纺织品中残留的甲醛测定方法及其准确性展开研究,分析目前常用及发展中的纺织品甲醛残留测定方法,采用单因素实验法研究影响测定结果的条件,进一步确定具有权威准确性的纺织品甲醛残留量测定方法,以供参考。

The determination method and accuracy of formaldehyde residue in textiles are discussed in combination with the determination standard of Textiles Determination of Formaldehyde Part 1:Free and Hydrolyzed Formaldehyde(Water Extraction Method)(GB/T 2912.1—2009).This paper analyzes the commonly used and developing methods for determination of formaldehyde residues in textiles,and studies the conditions affecting the determination results by single factor experiment.It further determines the authoritative and accurate method for determination of formaldehyde residues in textiles for reference.
