纺织品染料迁移性能测试标准差异分析

Analysis of Differences in Testing Standards for Textile Dye Migration Performance

由不同颜色组成的织物在贮存和运输过程中会发生染料从一处向另一处迁移的现象。现行的纺织品染料迁移性能的产品标准和方法标准较多,内容相似,标准使用者有可能会用错标准,从而影响纺织品质量的判定。文章通过对比分析国内常用的纺织品染料迁移测试标准,提出一些针对性的改进措施,并研究易造成染料迁移性能的原因和解决方法,以期为生产企业和相关检测机构提供建议。

Fabrics composed of different colors sometimes undergo dye migration from one place to another during storage and transportation.Because there are many product standards and method standards on the migration property of textile dyes,as well as similar content,the standard users may use the wrong standard,thus affecting the determination of textile quality.By comparing and analyzing the commonly used textile dye migration test standards in China,this paper puts forward some targeted improvement measures,and studies the causes and solutions of easily causing dye migration performance,in order to provide suggestions for manufacturers and related testing institutions.
