摘要
纺织工艺具体指通过加工处理原棉等材料,生产出连续的混纺纱或面纱,该工艺涉及清棉、精梳、粗纱、细纱等一系列加工工艺。在纺织生产加工过程中,相关企业大多选择涤纶纤维作为主要材料,但这一材料的导电性能较差,受到摩擦作用的影响后极易产生静电,从而干扰纺织工艺生产加工的质量。基于此,企业必须充分认识纺织工艺中静电产生的危害,并对相关原因进行全面分析,采取科学有效的消除措施,以确保纺织工艺生产加工的质量。
Textile technology specifically refers to the production of continuous blended yarn or veil by processing raw cotton and other materials,which involves a series of processing technologies such as cotton cleaning,combing,roving and spinning.In the process of textile production and processing,most of the related enterprises choose polyester fiber as the main material,but the conductive performance of this material is poor.It is easy to produce static electricity after being affected by friction,which interferes with the quality of textile production and processing.Based on this,enterprises must fully understand the harm of static electricity in the textile process,analyze the relevant reasons comprehensively,and take scientific and effective elimination measures,so as to ensure the quality of textile production and processing.
