高保形棉织物纺纱工艺的研究

Study on Spinning Process of High Conformal Cotton Fabric

现今,人们物质生活水平显著提高,开始追求强力损失更小、缝线处平整度更高、成衣耐久褶裥更好的棉织物面料。对于高档服装面料存在的手感差、棉织物保形性差等问题,各专业人士已展开对高保型棉织物纺纱工艺的研究。文章主要分析40S紧密纺与14.6tex两种高保形棉织物纺纱工艺的具体应用,以供参考。

Nowadays,people’s material living standard has improved significantly.People begins to pursue the cotton fabric with less strength loss,higher smoothness of suture and better durable pleating.For the problems of poor handle and poor shape retention of highgrade clothing fabrics,professionals have begun to study the spinning process of high-grade cotton fabrics.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the specific application of 40 S compact spinning and 14.6 tex high conformal cotton fabric spinning process for reference.
