荧光探针技术在纺织品微量有害物质检测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 自世界卫生组织将甲醛列为致癌物质以来,世界各国对纺织品中甲醛以及镉、汞等微量有害物质的控制要求日益严格。文章通过分析纺织品中微量有害物质检测的必要性和可行性,指出纺织品有害物质检测的要求及难点,设计荧光快速检测仪,并检测分析纺织品样品,同时与其他传统检测方法开展对比试验。结果表明:基于荧光探针技术的快速检测仪能以较低的成本和便捷操作检测纺织品中有害物质的含量;荧光快速检测仪与其他传统方式具有一样的可靠性,且其相对标准偏差不超过2%。 Since the World Health Organization has classified formaldehyde as a carcinogen,countries in the world take control of formaldehyde,cadmium,mercury and other trace harmful substances in textiles strictly.In this paper,the necessity and feasibility of trace toxic substances detection in the textiles is analyzed to point out the requirements and difficulties of the detection.The fluorescence rapid detector is designed to test textile samples compared with other traditional testing method.The result shows that the fluorescence rapid detector is cheaper and faster to test the content of harmful substances in textiles.Besides,the fluorescence rapid detector is as reliable as other traditional methods,and its relative standard deviation is less than 2%.
