Application of GLT Complex Iron Desulfurization Technology in Viscose Fiber Waste Gas

文章介绍了武汉国力通能源环保股份有限公司开发的GLT络合铁脱硫技术在新乡化纤黏胶纤维废气中的应用情况。工业应用结果表明,用GLT络合铁脱硫技术代替碱洗工艺处理黏胶纤维废气中的硫化氢,净化尾气中硫化氢浓度小于10mg/m^(3),硫黄回收率大于99.9%,脱硫装置运行稳定,无废液排放,是一种工艺简单、绿色环保的脱硫技术。

This paper introduces the application of GLT complex iron desulfurization technology developed by Wuhan Guolitong Energy and Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd.in Xinxiang chemical fiber viscose fiber waste gas.The industrial application result shows that it is a simple and environmental friendly desulfurization technology which uses GLT complex iron desulfurization technology instead of alkaline washing technology to treat the hydrogen sulfide in viscose fiber waste gas.The concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the purification tail gas is less than 10 mg/m^(3),and the recovery rate of sulfur is greater than 99.9%.The desulfurization device operates stably,and there is no waste liquid discharge.
