An Exploration and Product Development of a Natural Plant——A Development of Experimental Teaching Case

松柏醛是天然中草药露兜树植物提取液中的主要成分,它具有消炎、镇痛、抗氧化的作用。因此基于该天然中草药,设计并推荐一个精细化工综合实验。首先提取露兜树的有效成分并进行抗氧化表征;其次将提取液添加到洗面奶的制作中;最后对洗面奶进行简要评价。通过实验,学生在动手能力、理论知识和分析技术上都有了提高。

Coniferaldehyde is the main component of the Chinese herbal medicine called Pandanus tectorius,which is known to have antiphlogistic,analgesic and antioxidation effects.Therefore,based on this natural Chinese medicine,a comprehensive fine chemical experiment is designed and recommended.Firstly,the effective components of Pandanus tectorius were extracted and their antioxidant activity was also studied.Secondly,the extract was added to the facial cleanser for application.In the end,the brief and basic evaluation of the facial cleanser was performed.With this experimental course,Students have improved their practical ability,theoretical knowledge and analytical skills.
