BioDopp工艺在某污水处理厂提标改造中的应用

摘要 四川某污水处理厂提标扩建后总设计规模达8000 m3/d,主要工艺流程为:"调节池/事故池→细格栅→旋流沉砂池→BioDopp生化池→高效澄清池→纤维转盘滤池→紫外消毒"。文中详细介绍了相关建、构筑物的主要设计参数,对其运行情况进行分析讨论。结果表明,生化处理单元采用Bio Dopp工艺,可有效保证出水水质稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准,由此得出Bio Dopp工艺在污水厂提标改造中可推广与使用。 The total scale of a Sichuan wastewater treatment plant reachs 8000 m3/d after the upgrading and expansion,the main technological process of regulating tank/emergency tank-fine screen-vortex-type grit chamber-Bio Dopp tank-efficient clarifying basin-rotary fibre-plate filter-ultraviolet disinfection is adopted.The main design parameters of the relevant structures are introduced,and its operation status is made.The results showed that,the BioDopp process is adopted to improve the effluent quality,which can be effectively guaranteed to meet the first level A criteria in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB18918-2002),it is concluded that the BioDopp process can be popularized and used in the upgrading of sewage treatment plant.
