摘要
采用CFD技术研究了三种典型的加热不燃烧卷烟(HnB)滤嘴结构在深度抽吸模式下的降温特性,并与传统卷烟的全过滤结构进行对比。结果发现,传统卷烟的全过滤结构降温性能最好,但若考虑抽吸阻力,则空腔型与缩放型HnB滤嘴的综合性能较好。四种滤嘴在抽吸过程中强制对流的散热效果相近,因此降温构型滤嘴应主要选择纵向流道而非折流道,从而避免过高的阻力损失。研究同时发现滤嘴在抽吸间隙过程中的自然对流散热能力对烟气出口温度有着较大影响,增加滤嘴内空腔与纤维类过滤区域的交界面面积或个数从理论上将有助于滤嘴的降温。
The cooling characteristics of three typical Heat-not-Burn cigarette(HnB)filters in deep suction mode have been investigated by CFD technology and compared with the full-filter structure of traditional cigarette.The results show that the cooling performance of the traditional cigarette with full filter structure is the best.However,if the suction resistance is taken into account,the comprehensive performance of cavity-type and converging-diverging type HnB filters are better.The heat dissipation effect of forced convection of the four kinds of filters in the suction process are similar,so the cooling filter should mainly choose the longitudinal channel rather than the folding channel to avoid excessive resistance loss.The study also found that the natural convection heat dissipation capacity of the filter during the suction gap has a greater impact on the outlet gas temperature.Increasing the interface area between the cavity zone and fiber filter zone in the filter or the number of this interfaces will theoretically contribute to the cooling performance of the filter.
