摘要
硫酸镉作为合成镉类化合物的一种重要前驱体,其本身的品质直接决定着后续产品的优劣。为此,本文以热力学分析为基础,通过实验确定了溶液中铁离子的存在状态,并对过氧化氢的添加量以及反应时间对溶液中铁去除的效果进行了研究。结果表明,当过氧化氢的加料量为5 g、反应时间为30 min时,溶液中的铁离子浓度可下降至1 ppm。
As an important precursor for the synthesis of cadmium compounds,the quality of cadmium sulfate directly determines the quality of subsequent products.Therefore,based on thermodynamic analysis,the existence state of iron ion in solution is determined by experiment,and the effect of hydrogen peroxide addition and reaction time on iron removal in solution is studied.The results show that when the amount of hydrogen peroxide is 5 g and the reaction time is 30 min,the iron ion in the solution can be reduced to 1 ppm.
