采用新型膜材料的膜蒸馏技术工艺条件的探究

摘要 采用一种新型膜材料用于膜蒸馏技术,探究进水盐浓度、进料温度、膜面流速、真空度对产水率的影响。结果表明:盐浓度对系统运行通量基本没有影响,随盐浓度增加,产水率下降,但比常规反渗透高;温度上升,真空度、进流流量及产水率逐渐增加。由于膜材料的特殊性,得出最优工艺条件为:真空度5.0 kpa,温度60℃,进流流量2.0 m3/h。 A new type of membrane materials for membrane distillation technology,and explore the water salt concentration,feed temperature and flow velocity at the membrane surface,the influence of vacuum on the water production rate.The results show that the salt concentration has no effect on system operation flux,with the increase of salt concentration,water production rate is gradually decline,but still higher than conventional reverse osmosis;However,due to the particularity of membrane materials,the optimal process conditions were as follows:the vacuum degree was 5.0 kPa,the temperature was controlled at 60℃,and the inlet flow was 2.0 m3/h.
