摘要
目的采用超声法提取藤黄中藤黄酸的提取工艺条件。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定藤黄酸含量,以超声温度、超声时间、超声功率为考察因素优选提取工艺条件。结果最佳超声提取工艺条件为3倍量乙酸乙酯在70℃温度下,超声功率300 W提取1 h。结论优化后的提取工艺合理、可行。
Objective:The extraction process conditions of Gambogic acid(GA)in Garcinia Cambogia by ultrasonic method.Methods:Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of GA,and the extraction process conditions were optimized with ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time,and ultrasonic power as the investigation factors.Results:The optimal ultrasonic extraction process conditions were 3 times the amount of ethyl acetate at 70℃,ultrasonic power 300 W extraction for 1 h.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process is reasonable and feasible.
