Exploration of Cultivation Mode to Prove Chemical Industry Students’ Innovation Ability for Local University

新工科背景要求化工专业人才必须具备创新能力。本文针对目前化工人才培养模式中存在问题进行分析总结,探索适合本校发展的化工类人才培养新途径,取得了良好的教学成效,教学改革符合新工科形势下化工类人才培养需求。

Chemical engineers must be provided with capacity of knowledge innovation in the Emerging Engineering Education Station.In this article,the existing problems in the personnel training of chemical engineering are analyzed and summarized.A new approach cultivating of students’ability in chemical engineer is studied and explored.In this way,we have got better results in teaching.The reform meets the demands of chemical engineers in the Emerging Engineer Education Situation.
