摘要
离心泵是化工装置中用量最大的转动设备,其设计对于化工装置安全、可靠运行十分关键。本文基于化工装置运行经验和文献资料,从离心泵的选型(轴封选型和运行参数确定)和工艺系统设计(防汽蚀、确保泵的最小流量和防止管线水锤)两个方面来阐述了离心泵安全设计的原则和理念,可以作为设计或装置生产设备工程师的参考。
Centrifugal pumps are the most used rotating equipment in chemical plants,and their design is critical to the safe and reliable operation of chemical plants.This article is based on the operating experience of chemical plants and literature,from two aspects:pump selection(shaft seal selection and operating parameter definition)and process system design(anti-cavitation,ensuring minimum flow and preventing pipeline water hammer),the principles and concepts of the centrifugal pumps safety design are stated,which can be used as reference for design or plant production equipment engineers.
