摘要 虚拟治理成本法是生态环境损害数额量化的重要方法,本文以两个生态环境损害案例造成的生态环境损害为研究对象,以此提出在适用虚拟治理成本法中存在的问题,并基于此提出相关建议,以期为环境损害鉴定评估提供参考借鉴。 Virtual disposal cost Approach is an important method to quantitative assessment of ecological and environmental damage,Take the ecological and environmental damage caused by two Environmental pollution case as research object,Puts forward problems existing in the application of virtual disposal cost approach,And offer some suggestions,In order to provide reference for quantitative assessment of ecological and environmental damage.
