Exploration and Practice on Improving University Research Laboratory Safety Management

在国内高校科研实验室安全管理难度日益增大的新形势下,基于我校存在的问题及现状,将科研实验室安全管理纳入二级学院实验教学中心常规工作体系,从安全指标的硬件要素、软件要素和人的要素方面聚焦关键问题,深入探索科研实验室安全管理的提升策略。实践证明,有效提升了学校实验室安全管理水平,为顺利开展科研提供了保障,对我校转型公办学校的后续发展具有重要的现实意义,为地方高校提供可借鉴的科研实验室安全管理模式。

Under the new situation of increasing difficulties in university research laboratory safety management,based on the current situation of our college,exploration was made to improve the safety management of research laboratory from the aspects of hardware elements,software elements and human elements focusing on key safety indicators with the help of experimental teaching center.Practice showed these promotion strategies have effectively improved the level of laboratory safety management and promoted the construction of laboratory safety management system which is of great significance to the follow-up development of our college and provides a reference for similar local colleges.
