摘要
介绍了金寨县某纺织产业园喷水织机废水处理工程,该工程采用"射流气浮+A/O"法,文中对工艺选择、设计参数及运行效果等进行了详细的分析。该工艺具有较好的处理效果,出水稳定,尾水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中一级A标准,可回用于纺织工业园区。
The wastewater treatment project of Water-jet Looms wastewater in a textile industrial park in Jinzhai County was introduced in this paper.The project adopted the"air flotation+A/O"method.The detailed analysis of process selection,design parameters,and operating effects were provided in this article.This process had a good treatment effect on the wastewater of water jet looms,the effluent was stable,and the tail water met the first level A standard in the"Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard(GB18918-2002)".The tail water could be reused in the textile industrial park.
