摘要
目的:评估使用高效液相色谱测定化妆品中甲基异噻唑啉酮和甲基氯异噻唑啉酮。方法:基于国家标准方法《化妆品安全技术规范》2015年版,利用高效液相色谱仪对化妆品中甲基异噻唑啉酮和甲基氯异噻唑啉酮进行分析,并建立测量不确定数学模型,计算合成测量不确定度。结果:在本试验条件下,选择95%的置信概率,甲基异噻唑啉酮含量测量结果为(5.80±0.18)mg·kg-1,甲基氯异噻唑啉酮含量测量结果为(10.65±0.48)mg·kg-1。结论:通过评定各比较分量可知,样品提取液浓度为影响结果不确定度的主要因素,而加标回收、定容体积、重复性、称取样品质量对测量不确定贡献相对较小。
Objective:Evaluation of uncertainty in determination of methylisothiazolinone and methylchloroisothiazolinone in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography spectrometry.Methods:Based on the principle of Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics(2015),the methylisothiazolinone and methylchloroisothiazolinone were detected by high performance liquid chromatography spectrometry(HPLC).A mathematical model was established to evaluate the uncertainty of determining methylisothiazolinone and methylchloroisothiazolinone,and the uncertainty of synthetic measurement was calculated.Results:under the condition of this experiment,with 95%confidence probability,the measurement results of methylisothiazolinone should be expressed as(5.80±0.18)mg·kg-1,methylisothiazolinone should be expressed as(10.65±0.48)mg·kg-1.Conclusion:through the evaluation and comparison of the influence components,the uncertainty of measurement is mainly derived from the determination of the concentration of sample extract,while the contributions of standard recovery,constant volume,reproducibility and weighing sample quality to the uncertainty of measurement is relatively small.
