摘要
为充分挖掘装置潜能,最大化增产二甲苯,本文研究了原料性质的影响,确定了二甲苯塔最佳操作参数,结果表明二甲苯塔温差为24~28℃、塔顶压力为0.48~0.49 MPa时,二甲苯塔分离效果最好,二甲苯产量最高。原料变重而C8组分含量未增大时,将增大二甲苯塔的分离难度,不利于增产二甲苯。
In this paper,the influence of the properties of raw materials and the optimal operating parameters of the xylene tower has been studied in order to maximize the production of xylene.The results show that when the temperature difference is 24~28℃and the tower pressure is 0.48~0.49 MPa,the separation efficiency of the xylene tower and the xylene output is the best.A rise in the final boiling point of the raw materials without increasing the content of C8 components will increase the separation difficulty of the xylene tower,which is adverse to increasing the production of xylene.
