目的:电子处方是医院无纸化、信息一体化的新生产物,医院内全面推行电子处方势在必行。科室必须完善电子处方使用过程中的取药流程,使电子处方服务好我们的同时,减少差错的发生,保障患者用药安全。方法:对比使用纸质处方与电子处方取药时间的差异,分析使用电子处方的优势;对取药过程中容易产生风险点的环节进行优化,完善取药流程。结果:通过持续改进,差错的发生率降低了约百分之五十。结论:通过推进电子处方的使用,优化取药流程,可以降低风险点和差错的发生率,更好地保障患者用药安全。

Objective:Electronic prescription is a new product of paperless and information integration in hospitals,so it is imperative to implement electronic prescription in hospitals.The department must improve the process of taking medicines during the use of electronic prescriptions,so that while the electronic prescriptions serve us well,it also reduces the occurrence of errors and protects patients’medication safety.Methods:Compare the time difference between using paper prescriptions and electronic prescriptions and analyze the advantages of using electronic prescriptions.Optimize the conversion of risk points that are likely to occur in the process of taking medicine and improve the procedure of taking medicine.Results:Through continuous improvement,the incidence of errors has been reduced by approximately 50 percent.Conclusion:By promoting the use of electronic prescription and optimizing the process of drug taking,the incidence of risk points and errors can be reduced,and the safety of patients’medication can be better guaranteed.
