中药防晕脐贴的制备与抗晕动效果考察

目的:筛选由广藿香挥发油、姜半夏细粉等纯天然中药制备防晕脐贴的最佳工艺及进行初步药效学研究。方法:采用单因素考察和正交实验设计法,探索中药凝胶膏剂的最优处方,并通过小鼠旷地行为试验,观察中药防晕贴对小鼠的抗晕动效果。结果:最佳制备工艺为甘油:聚丙烯酸钠∶酒石酸∶甘羟铝比例为25∶2∶0.3∶0.15;与阴性对照和阳性对照组比较,本品模型组均能有效预防晕动症。结论:本制备工艺切实可行,抗晕动症作用明显,姜半夏、广藿香在抗晕动中药凝胶膏剂探究中有较好的应用前景。

Objective:The aim of this research is to prepare the antimotion-sickness navel patch based on the essential oil of patchouli and the fine powder of pinellia gingeris and evaluate the antimotion-sickness effect of the prepared navel patch.Methods:The optimal formulation of gel paste was obtained by single factor and orthogonal design test.Then the alleviative motion sickness symptom of the navel path was accessed on mice to illustrate the antimotion-sickness efficacy.Results:The optimum preparation technology was confirm with the construction of glycerin,sodium polyacrylate,tartaric acid,and glycolic aluminum at a ratio of 25/2/0.3/0.15.Compared with the negative control group and the positive control group,the model group was effective in preventing motion sickness.Conclusion:The preparation process of navel patch is feasible and such navel patch has an obvious effect on anti-motion sickness.
