摘要
构建SD大鼠癫痫模型,探究灵芝孢子粉对戊四氮致痫大鼠脑海马区炎症因子IL-1β及自噬相关蛋白表达情况。方法:将30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组,灵芝孢子粉组;HE观察癫痫大鼠脑海马区结构有无变化,Western blot检测相关蛋白表达情况,最后统计学分析。结果:灵芝孢子粉可降低大鼠海马区IL-1β及升高自噬变化的影响。结论:灵芝孢子粉可能通过升高自噬并降低IL-1β,进而起到抗癫痫作用。
Objects:To construct a SD rat epilepsy model and explore the effects of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder on the expression of inflammatory factors IL-1βand autophagy-related proteins in the hippocampus of rats with pentylenetetrazole-induced epilepsy.Methods:Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,and Ganoderma spore powder group;HE observed whether the structure of the brain hippocampus of epileptic rats changed,Western blot detected the expression of related proteins,and finally statistical analysis.Results:Ganoderma lucidum spore powder can reduce the effects of IL-1βand autophagy in the hippocampus of epileptic rats.Conclusion:Ganoderma lucidum spore powder may increase autophagy and decrease IL-1β,thereby playing an anti-epileptic effect.
