群体感应信号系统介导的生物质厌氧消化过程及其产业化研究前景

摘要 简要介绍了生物质厌氧消化过程及主要影响因素,阐述了产甲烷菌的群体感应信号系统。针对目前研究和产业化应用较多通过调控环境因素来提高厌氧消化产沼气的效率,提出产甲烷菌群体感应信号系统在生物质利用领域潜在的应用前景。 The present paper would like to introduce the biomass anaerobic digestion process and main influencing factors,and describe the quorum sensing signal system of Methanogens.Quorum sensing is a very important regulatory mechanism during the growth of methanogens.However,current studies and industrial application are mainly focused on exploring the influence of environmental factors on biogas production rate.It is for this purpose that we would like to introduce quorum sensing into the biomass utilization field,hoping to expand its application to green energy.
