电感耦合等离子体质谱测定废水中总汞的方法研究

Determination of Total Mercury in Wastewater by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

本文研究了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测废水中总汞的技术方法,并于三个实验室对此方法进行了精密度和准确度检验。经三个实验室分别对含汞(14.2±1.6)μg/L、(5.02±0.51)μg/L、(13.4±1.2)μg/L的标准样品进行分析,结果相对偏差在0.476%~1.20%之间,相对误差在-2.06%^-0.937%之间,说明该技术方法具有很好的精密度和准确度,有一定的推广应用价值。

This paper studied the technique of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(icp-ms)for measuring total mercury in wastewater,and tested the precision and accuracy of this method at three experimental stations,respectively.The standard samples which contained mercury of(14.2±1.6)μg/L,(5.02±0.51)μg/L,and(13.4±1.2)μg/L,respectively,were analyzed in three laboratories.The relative deviation was between 0.476%and 1.20%,and the relative error was between-2.06%and-0.937%,which indicates that this method has good precision and accuracy,and thus is worthy of promotion.
