化妆品中甲基氯异噻唑啉酮和甲基异噻唑啉酮含量的测定 被引量:6

摘要 建立一种高效快捷的化妆品中防腐剂卡松(甲基氯异噻唑啉酮(CIT)和甲基异噻唑啉酮(MIT))含量测定的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),选用ZORBX C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以1.0 m L/min甲醇︰水(V︰V=70︰30)为流动相,二极管阵列检测器为检测器,外标法进行定量分析。结果CIT和MIT的线性范围分别为0.0208~0.1559 g/L和0.0104~0.0782 g/,CIT和MIT的浓度和峰面积的线性良好,相关系数均为1.0000(R2>0.999),该方法的检出限分别为6.93×10-6 g/g和0.568×10-6 g/g,定量限分别为2.31×10-5 g/g和1.89×10-6 g/g,在不同的添加水平下,该方法的回收率范围分别为86.362%~91.926%和88.126%~94.555%,相对标准偏差分别为2.2%和2.9%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法灵敏度高、准确,适用于化妆品中防腐剂卡松(CIT和MIT)的含量测定。 To establish an efficient solution for determination of the content of the preservative kathon(methyl chlorothiazoline(CIT)and methylisothiazoline(MIT))in cosmetics by a high performance liquid chromatography.Method:Using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),ZORBX C18 chromatographic column was selected(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),take the 1.0 m L/min methanol:water(V:V=70:30)as mobile phase,the diode array detector as a detector,the external standard method is used for quantitative analysis.Result:The linear range of the CIT and MIT respectively are 0.0208~0.1559 g/L and 0.0104~0.0782 g/L,CIT and MIT have good linear concentrations and peak area,all the correlation coefficients are 1.0000(R2>0.999),the detection limits of this method are respectively 6.93×10-6 g/g and 0.568×10-6 g/g,the quantitative limits are respectively 2.31×10-5 g/g and 1.89×10-6 g/g,at different levels of addition,the recovery range of this method is respectively 86.362%~91.926%and 88.126%~94.555%,the relative standard deviation is 2.2%and 2.9%(n=6).Conclusion:High performance liquid chromatography is high sensitivity and accuracy,it is suitable for the determination of the content of the preservative kathon(CIT and MIT)in cosmetics.
