浮式生产储油轮主电站更换研究

Research on Main Power Station Replacement of FPSO

主发电机组作为海上油田浮式生产储油轮的核心设备,其发动机类型会根据油田能够提供的燃料类型进行选取。当油田能够提供的燃料发生变化,对发电机组进行更换时,需要进行大量的改造工作。本文以南海某油田浮式生产储油轮将燃气透平发电机组更换为原油发电机组的改造为例,对浮式生产储油轮的主电站更换方案进行了研究。

As the core equipment of FPSO in offshore oil fields,the engine type of the main generator set will be selected according to the type of fuel the oil field can provide.When the fuel provided by the oil field changes and the generator set is replaced,a lot of modification work is needed.In this paper,the main power station replacement program of FPSO is studied by taking the transformation of gas turbine generator set into crude oil generator set as an example.
