Corrosion and Protection of Low Temperature Part of Distillation Unit

对于常减压装置而言,随着原油的劣质化,原料中的硫、氯和盐等有害的腐蚀介质浓度不断增加,常减压装置低温部位的腐蚀环境日趋严峻。本文通过对中石油华北石化新建500万吨/年常减压装置低温部位的腐蚀防护情况的跟踪,结合广东粤首新科技有限公司常减压总包方案的实施效果,进一步总结并优化蒸馏装置工艺防腐措施,为今后更好的做好低温防腐工作总结经验。

For atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,with the deterioration of crude oil,the concentration of harmful corrosive media such as sulfur,chlorine and salt in raw materials is increasing,and the corrosion environment in the low temperature part of atmospheric and vacuum unit is becoming increasingly severe.In this paper,based on the tracking of the corrosion protection of the low-temperature part of the newly built 5 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum unit of CNPC Huabei Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.and the implementation effect of the atmospheric and vacuum general contracting scheme of Guangdong Yueshou New Technology Co.,Ltd.,the process corrosion protection measures of the distillation unit are further summarized and optimized,so as to summarize the experience for better low-temperature corrosion protection in the future.
