2-氨基-4-乙酰氨基苯甲醚加氢合成工艺的研究

Study on Hydrogenation of 2-amino-4-acetylaminoanisole

研究以水为溶剂,以负载镍为催化剂,2-硝基-4-乙酰氨基苯甲醚加氢还原制备2-氨基-4-乙酰氨基苯甲醚。本工艺能耗低,生产成本低,绿色环保,工艺操作简便,生产过程中安全风险低,产品液相色谱纯度达到98.36%,干品氨基值96.62%,产品的收率达到94.63%。

2-amino-4-acetylaminoanisole was prepared by hydrogenation of 2-nitro-4-acetylaminoanisole with water as solvent and supported nickel as catalyst.The process has the advantages of low energy consumption,low production cost,environmental protection,simple operation,low safety risk in the production process.The purity of product liquid chromatography reaches 98.36%,the amino value of dry product reaches 96.62%,and the yield of product reaches 94.63%.
