锂离子软包电池容量衰减和厚度膨胀预测方法研究

摘要 以锂离子软包电池为例,分析了影响充放电循环寿命的关键因子。通过拟合已有的实验数据,发现该类电池的容量衰减和厚度膨胀均符合1/2次方的变化规律,并进行了简单的机理分析。利用该规律建立锂离子软包电池寿命的预测模型,加快筛选研发方案和识别制造风险的速度,可以解决消费类软包锂离子电池寿命评估周期长和成本高的问题。 Taking the lithium-ion battery as an example,the key factors affecting the cycle life of charge and discharge are analyzed.By fitting the existing experimental data,it is found that the capacity fading and thickness swelling of this kind of battery conform to the change rule of 1/2 power,and a simple mechanism analysis is carried out.It can solve the problems of long life cycle and high cost of life assessment of lithium-ion battery with Lithium ion soft battery,by establishing the life prediction model of lithium-ion battery with this Law and speeding up the selection of research programs and the identification of manufacturing risks.
