猫薄荷有效成分提取及其驱蚊活性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究采用水蒸气提取法及甲醇提取法对猫薄荷中有效成分进行提取,对有效化学成分进行分析,通过个体涂肤的方法,对猫薄荷挥发油及其馏出液水相进行蚊虫趋避实验。结果表明,猫薄荷中有效成分荆芥内酯保留时间为14.13分钟、16.57分钟、17.65分钟。趋避剂药效实验表明,猫薄荷馏出液有效保护时间为130分钟,低于国家标准,而猫薄荷挥发油表现出较好的蚊虫趋避效果,在浓度为15%达到国家标准的最低时长4小时。 In this study,the effective components of catnip were extracted by water vapor extraction method and methanol extraction method,and the effective chemical components were analyzed.Through the method of individual skin coating,the mosquito avoidance experiment was conducted on the volatile oil of catnip and its distillate aqueous phase.The results showed that the retention time of nepetalactone in catnip was 14.13 min,16.57 min and 17.65 min.The efficacy test of chemoattractant showed that the effective protection time of catnip still liquor was 130 minutes,lower than the national standard,while the volatile oil of catnip showed better mosquito avoidance effect,reaching the minimum time of national standard for 4 hours at the concentration of 15%.
