摘要
以2-氨基苯酚为起始原料,在铜配合物体系催化下,得到2-苯基苯并噁唑。同时考察了反应溶剂对反应收率的影响,该方法操作简便,条件温和,后处理简单,适合工业上生产。化合物结构经过HNMR,LC-MS确证。
2-phenylbenzoxazole was synthesized from 2-aminophenol under the catalysis of copper complex system.At the same time,the influence of the reaction solvent on the yield of the reaction was investigated.The method is simple in operation,mild in conditions,simple in post-treatment and suitable for industrial production.The structure of the compound was confirmed by HNMR,LC-MS.
