摘要
针对军用危险品物流军民融合发展中出现的主要问题,对物流军民耦合进行概念界定和维度分析,并在对各耦合维度进行效应分析的基础上,对军民融合物流耦合效应进行了研究,建立了以物流安全保障力为效应测度的系统动力学耦合效应仿真模型。通过不同耦合建设方案设计,对物流效应进行了仿真模拟,以此为基础提出了具体的对策建议。
Aiming at the main problems in the military-civilian integrated development of military dangerous goods logistics,the concept definition and dimension analysis of logistics military-civilian coupling are completed.On the basis of effect analysis of each coupling dimension,the coupling effect of military-civilian integration logistics is studied,and a coupling effect simulation model of system dynamics with logistics security force as effect measure is established.Through the design of different coupling construction schemes,the paper simulates the logistics effect and puts forward specific countermeasures and Suggestions.
