“双高计划”背景下高职院校战略定位与建设逻辑 被引量:50

Strategic Orientation and Construction Logic of Higher Vocational Education in the Context of “Double High-level Project”

摘要 "双高计划"落地意味着高职教育进入提质升级新时期。高职教育职能由服务社会发展向支撑引领社会发展转变,理念由工具理性向人本理性转变,发展战略由追随借鉴向中国方案转变。从知识生产角度看,双高背景下高职教育建设逻辑应是产业外部需求逻辑与内在知识逻辑的有机统一。高职院校建设需要遵循其知识发生逻辑推进产教深入融合、加强技术创新、创新院校内部治理体系及培育专业带头人才,有序推动中国特色高水平高职院校和专业群的建设。 The implementation of"Double High-level project"means that higher vocational education has entered a new period of quality improvement and upgrading.In the new era,the function of higher vocational education is changing from serving social development to supporting and leading social development,from instrumental rationality to humanistic rationality,and from following reference to Chinese scheme.From the perspective of knowledge production,we should realize that the construction logic of Higher Vocational Education under the background of double high school should be the organic unity of external demand logic and internal knowledge logic of industry.On this basis,the construction of higher vocational colleges should also do a good job in promoting the in-depth integration of production and education,strengthening technological innovation,innovating the internal governance system of colleges and cultivating professional leaders,so as to better promote the construction of high-level vocational colleges and professional groups with Chinese characteristics.
