新工科视角下土木工程核心能力实践教育体系建设 被引量:59

Construction of the Core Abilities of Civil Engineering Practical Education from the Perspective of Emerging Engineering Education

摘要 行业转型升级、新业态发展和国际竞争背景下,对大型建筑企业的需求调研和分析显示,土木工程专业人才应具备工程科学应用能力、工程疑难解决能力、工程管理协调能力、工程技术创新能力和工程国际适应能力等5种工程核心能力。以塑造5种工程核心能力为目标,中南大学创建了基于开放式实践教育理念,依托学校和企业2个主体,打造基础型实验教学平台、综合型实践教学基地和创新型研究试验系统等3个层次实践教育平台,创建企业、学校、专家、教师和学生五位一体评价机制,形成了完善的土木工程专业实践教育体系。 In order to face the requirements of new economy and international competitions and based on the demands of construction industry for talents and"engineering with a big E",five core engineering abilities which civil engineering talents should be equipped with are put forward from the perspective of emerging engineering education.They are application ability of engineering science,complex engineering-problem solving ability,coordination ability of engineering management,creativity of engineering technology and engineering international adaptability.Following the education idea of open practice,a practice platform with three levels(basic experimental teaching platform,comprehensive practice teaching base and innovative experimental system)led by schools and corporations has been built.The platform aims to cultivate five core engineering abilities and includes a five-in-one evaluation mechanism of civil engineering(corporations,schools,experts,teachers,and students).
