新农科背景下农业院校本科教学质量及影响因素研究——以河北农业大学为例

Research on the Quality and Influencing Factors of Undergraduate Teaching in Agricultural Colleges and Universities Under the Background of New Agricultural Science——Taking Hebei Agricultural University as an Example

摘要 新农科建设背景下,提高农业院校本科教学质量是创新农业人才培养的迫切需要。本文以河北农业大学为例,综合对比分析线下教学、线上教学以及线上线下混合教学模式的实施状况和质量,采用有序Logit回归模型探究不同模式教学质量的影响因素。研究发现:(1)在线上线下混合教学中学生的过程型参与和自主型参与程度大于线下教学和线上教学;(2)线上线下混合教学质量最好,是符合高等教育高质量发展需求的最佳主导教学模式;(3)学生的过程型学习和自主型学习力度对线上教学质量的影响最大,对线上线下混合教学质量的影响次之;(4)规制型参与对线下教学和线上线下混合教学质量的影响和显著性都相对较小。最后,分别从学校、学生和教师三个层面提出了进一步提升线上线下混合教学实施效果的具体建议。 Under the background of the construction of new agricultural science,improving the quality of undergraduate teaching in agricultural universities is an urgent need to cultivate innovative agricultural talents.Taking Hebei Agricultural University as an example,this paper compares and analyzes the implementation status and effects of offline teaching,online teaching,and online and offline mixed teaching modes and applies the orderly logit regression model to explore the influencing factors of the teaching quality of different teaching models.The research results show that:(1)the degree of process participation and autonomous participation of students in the online and offline mixed teaching is greater than that of offline teaching and online teaching;(2)The online and offline mixed teaching has the best teaching quality,and become the best leading teaching mode that meets the needs of high-quality development of higher education;(3)students′process-based learning and autonomous learning have the greatest impact on the teaching quality of online teaching,and online and offline mixed teaching is taking second place;(4)The influence and significance of regulated participation on the implementation of offline teaching and online and offline mixed teaching are relatively small.Finally,suggestions are put forward to further improve the implementation effect of online and offline mixed teaching from the three levels of schools,students,and teachers.
