基于有组织科研视角下农业高校科技成果转化路径创新研究

Research on the Innovation of the Transformation Path of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Agricultural Universities From the Perspective of Organized Scientific Research

农业高校推进有组织科研,打造创新链,科技成果转化是关键环节。研究总结新时代农业高校科技成果转化面临新挑战,提出强化有组织科研引领,确立推进农业高校科技成果转化的基本理念:强化顶层设计筑基的理念;树立系统推进全员助力科技成果转化的理念;坚持平台交叉融合支撑产业发展的理念;逐步建立制度保障科技成果转化的理念。研究以沈阳农业大学为案例对农业高校科技成果转化路径进行阐释,提出新时代深入推进农业高校创新科技成果转化的思考:加快科技成果转化机制创新;加强科技成果创新平台载体建设;加强专业化机构和人才队伍建设;积极探索农业科技成果转化示范模式。

The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is critical in promoting organized scientific research and creating an innovation chain in agricultural universities.It faces new challenges for the research and summary of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in agricultural universities in the new era.This study proposes to strengthen the leadership of organized scientific research and establish the basic concept of promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in agricultural universities;strengthen the concept of top-level design and foundation building;establish the concept of systematically promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements with the assistance of all staff;adhere to the concept of cross-platform integration to support industrial development;gradually to establish the concept of the system to ensure the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.This study takes Shenyang Agricultural University as an example,explains the transformation path of scientific and technological achievements of agricultural universities,and puts forward the thoughts of deepening the transformation of innovative scientific and technological achievements of agricultural universities in the new era:accelerating the innovation of scientific and technological achievements transformation mechanism;strengthen the construction of new carriers for innovation and entrepreneurship;enhance the building of specialized institutions and talent teams;and actively explore demonstration models for the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.
